Break Free From Plastic is a global nonprofit network that aims to reduce plastic pollution by mobilizing organizations and individual supporters to pursue systemic change across the plastics value chain, emphasizing prevention over remediation. Founded in 2016, the movement has grown to include more than two thousand member organizations and eleven thousand supporters, united by environmental protection and social justice aims. It is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines, and operates through collaborative campaigns and partnerships that address plastic production and disposal from extraction to end-of-life.

The organization works with a worldwide audience of partners and supporters to reduce single-use plastics and implement lasting solutions; its activities have included programs for youth waste pickers in Mbarara City in 2022, collaborations on mass data collection with Trash Hero in 2020, and campaigns to refuse single-use plastics. A notable recent development occurred in August 2025, when Break Free From Plastic participated in a press conference at the United Nations campus in Geneva during the INC-5.2 Global Plastics Treaty negotiations, signaling engagement with international policy processes.
