As a 4th generation Alaskan business owner, Paula founded BMG in order to support and assist  Alaskan business owners with strengthening their core business functions. After serving 22 years in the Medical Industry, Paula has taken lessons learned and applied excellent business practices in various industries across the state. 

What makes BMG different, is that our consultants have been there—in the corner office, in the training room, or in front of potential clients. Our consulting team has over 75 years of combined successful business experience right here in Alaska.
