Our mission is to protect automobile owners, property owners, and small business owners from the risks they face every single day, including the hidden risks—by delivering best in class insurance products and service to protect you. 

We believe there is a better way to sell insurance and service customers by providing choice and expertise to all. When we started, we had found that traditional insurance agents often did not properly serve their small business customers. We believed many of them wanted to, but they just couldn’t afford to service them and so the BOLT Agency was first built from the ground up to serve the needs of small business. But then, we found this same level of service and expertise that we provided, combined with the BOLT Platform, was a better way for anyone to buy insurance and so we expanded to serve all those seeking insurance for their automobile, property, or business.
