Bob Anderson Builders, Inc. made its start as a residential rough and finish carpentry contractor in the winter of 1979 by Robert Anderson on his dining room table. As a company that is just starting out, Bob Anderson Builders, Inc. had to be resilient through the ups and downs especially as the recession hit in the early 80’s. We have improved and grown as a business as we have branched into providing services for commercial and multi-family buildings as well. Today, Bob Anderson Builders, Inc. has been owned and operated by the Anderson family for 2 generations and we specialize in rough, and finish carpentry on commercial, multi-family, and residential remodeling projects. Our company was built on the core values of trust, hard work, and doing the right thing—every time, every job— and those core values are what drive us today. We understand that when the Anderson name is on the job it’s not just the name of a carpenter contractor, it’s our family name. We have 11 foremen in the field and 3 upper level managers in the field/office who have an average of over 16 years of experience with Bob Anderson Builders. This experience paired with our "can do" attitude allows us to work on a variety of projects. We pay attention to the details in residential additions, where dust and water protection are so important, but also can accomplish large multi-family projects using our company owned self-erecting cranes with our own NCCCO certified crane operators. With our safety record (EMR rate of .70), experience, mindset, and equipment we have what it takes to accomplish any project in the Commercial, Multi-Family, and Residential Remodeling markets.
