Blue Note Entertainment Group, founded in 1981 and headquartered in New York City, is an entertainment company that owns, operates, licenses, and programs Blue Note Jazz Clubs around the world. Its venue portfolio spans cities including New York; Tokyo; Milan; Waikiki; Beijing and Shanghai; Napa; and Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, complementing operations at Sony Hall. The company also curates programming for the Regattabar Jazz Club in Cambridge, MA, and for Blue Note-branded concerts in Italy, while presenting performances beyond its own venues.

The group operates the Blue Note Jazz Festival, begun in 2011 and described as the largest jazz festival in New York City each June. Its corporate structure includes Half Note Records, a Grammy-nominated label with a catalog of more than fifty titles recorded live at the Blue Note Jazz Club, along with Blue Note Travel and Management Group. In January 2026, Blue Note Hawaii opened a new location in Los Angeles, California.
