Blair Academy is a coeducational boarding school located in Blairstown, New Jersey, founded in 1848. It serves about 460 students in grades nine through twelve on a historic campus roughly 65 miles from New York City. The school emphasizes strong student-teacher relationships and a rigorous college-preparatory program, offering more than 50 honors, AP and post-AP courses with an emphasis on clear communication and personalized learning. 

Its athletics program is extensive, with 28 varsity teams and 18 junior varsity or third teams across traditional sports as well as golf, skiing, squash and crew, reflecting a focus on teamwork and discipline. Leadership education and service are woven into the community and curriculum, preparing students to tackle collaboration, ethical decision making, and cross-cultural interaction. In 2023 Blair launched a R.E.A.L. Pilot Cohort to support faculty in teaching effective communication and related classroom practices.
