Bennett International Education Consultancy was founded in 1991, originally as Bennett Educational Resources.  Acquired in 2009 by Elizabeth Sawyer, it became Bennett Schoolplacement Worldwide and has since evolved to become Bennett International Education Consultancy after the acquisition of School Choice International in 2018.  Bennett is a WBENC certified company with offices in Philadelphia, New York and Hong Kong, and includes a team of over 70 consultants around the world.

Since its inception, Bennett has served thousands of families and hundreds of corporate clients around the world; it is the recognized industry specialist in education advisement and in customized consulting services for both private clients and corporations with relocating personnel.

Working with families who come to them through corporate HR/Global Mobility, relocation management companies or as individual  private clients, Bennett consultants offer support in identifying and accessing the “best-fit” school, Pre-K through University, for their children. Most Bennett consultants are former teachers and school administrators, and they bring years of experience with schools, students and parents to their Bennett work; they also understand the differences between country education systems and know how to counsel families on both long and short-term education issues as they move between different countries or even from one school to another in their home town.
