Our Recruitment Process At Autosmart, our recruitment process is designed to be thorough, yet informal. The process varies depending on the role, however, below is a taste of what you might expect. Getting to know each other - After you have uploaded your CV, our Recruitment Team will review your application. To help us get to know a bit more about you, we may arrange the following steps: an online questionnaire, an informal call to chat through your experience and our role, and a quick-thinking exercise. Interview and Feedback - The interview will usually be led by a recruiter and a hiring manager and be held on site. If there is anything you need to prepare, we will brief you in plenty of time. We strive to provide detailed feedback as quickly as possible. If you’re successful, we will guide you through the offer process and stay in touch until your first day. We'll make sure a full training plan is ready for you, so you will hit the ground running. Almost half of our employees have been with us for more than five years, and some since Autosmart was founded. Loyalty is really important to us, and so staff are rewarded every 5 years for their long service with a cash bonus or extra holiday entitlement.
