A few things you can expect when working with us: * We’re a business partner, not a project shop. We work with your team at the highest levels to deliver strategic counsel, coaching, assessments and plans to help you inform, involve and inspire your employees. * Our work is tightly focused on internal communications, employee experience and culture change initiatives. Our team’s expertise, skills and experience come from doing these three things their whole careers. * Our engagements are customized and designed based on our assessment of your unique needs. We work with you to develop the scope of work, timing and fees based on your specific situation. * We do not track time or bill by the hour. We charge an agreed upon fee for our services that is aligned with the value of our thinking and the expertise required to deliver the results you expect. Our minimum monthly fee is $20,000. * Client assignments typically run from three months for simpler work to 12+ months for more involved initiatives.
