MEMBERSHIP - Available for both individuals and companies, featuring flexible workspace, meeting space, event access, and a like-minded community.

OFFICE & RETAIL SPACE - We have limited space available in our first phase (currently 85% leased) with additional space coming online in phase two.

EVENT & MEETING RENTALS - Our rooftop deck, event space, and boardroom meeting space are all available to rent for business or private functions.

Assembly is an adaptive reuse of three historic department store buildings. The first phase opened in May 2021, and construction of phase two begins in 2023.
