Ascend Profiles is a talent management company that can help clients to select, develop, and retain high performing employees.   We do this leveraging a personality profile assessment tool called Drake P3.  With Drake P3, a company can profile their top performers and determine a “success profile” for open positions.  The tool makes it easy to match candidates against this success profile.  Additionally, the insights gained in the profiling process can feed into management, development, and appraisal of employees.
