There are approximately 2,000 PCAM’s nationwide with less than 65 of them in Arizona. • AZCMS community manager was awarded the Guiding Excellence in Management (G.E.M.) for making contributions above and beyond the normal course of their duties to their association clients, company and AACM. • AZCMS was able to reduce a client’s electricity usage by 30% ultimately resulting in a savings of $32,400 in one year by converting to lights to energy efficient bulbs. We were able to reduce energy; we also substantially reduced the bill. • AZCMS works with municipalities for grant opportunities and as a result has been successful in obtaining upwards of $50,000 in grant funds.
