Arc GLOW is a private nonprofit organization based in Mount Morris, New York, serving the Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, and Wyoming counties. It formed in 2021 through the merger of Arc of Livingston-Wyoming and Arc of Genesee Orleans, uniting under a single umbrella with a shared mission. The organization aims to remove barriers and help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities engage in learning, personal relationships, employment, recreation, the arts, and more. In 2025, the organization partnered with SUNY Geneseo to provide an inclusive college experience for adults with IDD through the LIVES program.
