Founded in 1992, the company began with offices in Amsterdam and Miami. The company has positioned itself as a highly proficient asset manager with broad access to the international institutional markets. In 2010, Arbitral Securities Ltd, a fully licensed Broker Dealer was opened in Nassau, Bahamas. Also in 2010, Arbitral Finance Inc, Miami, became a fully licensed Financial Advisor.
