Rives Valuation Services Inc. dba: Appraisal Shop was established in January 2002 with a mission to provide a variety of high-quality residential valuation services in the Austin area emphasizing local expertise and integrity in the appraisal field. 

Based in Austin, Texas, we maintain a minimum of five licensed and/or certified appraisers as well as a support staff including an operations manager and three administrators. 

We provide a variety of appraisal services ranging from conventional residential appraisals to appraisal reviews, VA appraisals, FHA, RELO, REO, tax protest, litigation work, income analysis and capitalization. Additionally, we provide field measurements/square foot verification to real estate agents and homeowners.
