Local Professionals - Appraisal Links employs a vast roster of certified FHA approved appraisers throughout the nation.  We strictly adhere to geographic competence making certain that the appraiser assigned to each property has the experience and knowledge in the area and type of property being appraised.  This will ensure you each time that you order an appraisal, you have placed your trust in a competent local professional to complete your appraisal and deliver a quality product.

Our appraiser on-boarding process require that all appraisers maintain and provide a copy of their current license and E & O Policy.  We periodically run reports on each appraiser through the Appraisal Subcommittee National Registry to ensure that their state licensing is in good standing and to make certain that they do not have disciplinary actions against them.

Personal Touch - Our retail and wholesale lender clients are assigned a specific account executive.  This gives you one person that you can develop a personal rapport with at your AMC rather than working with a random employee each time you call.
