The Antonoff family has been active in commercial real estate, nationwide, since 1962. The first six years saw Gary Antonoff and his father develop retail and multi-family properties in Denver, Boston, Minneapolis, Washington, D.C., Kansas City, Detroit, San Leandro and San Jose. 1968 brought the advent of syndication and brokerage, substantially widening the family’s business base and sphere of influence. Until 1990 the family, operating as Antonoff & Co., developed and redeveloped neighborhood shopping centers and build-to-suit projects, mostly along the Front Range and in the District of Columbia. 

In November 1994, long time colleagues, Doug Antonoff and Jeffrey Hirschfeld started Antonoff & Co. Brokerage Inc., a boutique full service commercial real estate firm located in Denver, CO and operating throughout the United States. Antonoff & Co. Brokerage, Inc. specializes in all aspects of commercial real estate including retail, office, land, industrial and investments. We work closely with tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers to help them make informed real estate decisions regarding commercial sales, retail, office and industrial leasing, single net leased property services and land sales.
