American Building Contractors, which operates the ABC Roofing brand for its roofing work, provides residential and commercial roofing services. Based in Burnsville, Minnesota, the company operates as a mid-sized construction contractor with a footprint across Minnesota, Florida, Illinois and beyond, supported by decades of experience. Its primary customers include homeowners facing storm damage, builders needing new roofs, and association managers such as property managers and HOA boards seeking long-term roofing solutions. The company conducts on-site assessments and prepares damage reports with photographs for adjusters, followed by immediate mitigation to limit further damage and participation in on-site adjuster meetings to establish a scope. Once insurers approve the estimate, it proceeds with reconstruction and assists with board meetings, material selections, and resident communications, presenting its offering as aligned with insurance restoration needs rather than a traditional contractor.
