Established in 1982, Allen Brackett Shedd (formerly known as Bruce C. Allen & Associates, Inc.) has been providing real estate appraisal and consulting services for an expanding client base throughout the Pacific Northwest. 

We provide appraisals for all types of commercial real estate, as well as specializaed properties such as airports, master planned communities, industrial waterfront, and timberlands. We have a broad range of experience in areas such as LIDs, special benefit studies, highest and best use analysis, tax appeals, conservation easements, transferable development rights analysis, and corridor valuations. Our appraisals are used for financing, sale, purchase, asset management, court proceedings, and condemnations. The firm also maintains longstanding relationships with a variety of consultants to facilitate its “team approach” to solving complex real estate issues.
