The MSP or IT team keeps the client relationship, scope authority, and technical direction. ALL I.T. handles dispatch, on-site execution, and escalation. For MSP partners: channel-only, white-label, contractually non-compete.

Pricing is structured by channel — different models for MSP partners and direct enterprise engagements. For most MSPs running 25+ dispatches a month, the all-in cost lands below self-managing once coordinator time, technician churn, and ramp-up callbacks are factored in.
