The Alaska Humanities Forum is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization based in Anchorage, Alaska. It designs and facilitates experiences that bridge distance and difference by sharing and preserving stories from across the state and by exploring what it means to be Alaskan. Its mission is to connect Alaskans through stories, ideas, and experiences to foster understanding and strengthen communities. The Forum provides tools and training to help communities and organizations grow and increase their impact.

Serving Alaskans and local organizations, the Forum's programs and training aim to build community connections and organizational capacity. In fall 2024 it expanded its offerings with the FORUM Storytelling Fellowship, and it participates in statewide arts and humanities initiatives such as the Governor's Arts and Humanities Awards.
