AGF group is a human resources services consultancy founded in 2009 and active under that name until December 31, 2019. It was the largest workplace psychology organization in Italy, offering services in recruitment, training, and mystery shopping for commercial networks and the fashion retail sector. The company has served more than 100 organizations and Sales Academy clients, including Vodafone, Allianz, Federazione Moda Italia, Blumarine, Woolrich, and Salmoiraghi e Viganò. Beginning in 2012, it developed an innovative know-how called Neurovendita, applying neuroscience to recruitment and to the training of sales personnel, and it obtained a patent for this approach.
