AffordableHousing.com is a software development company headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, with 11 to 50 employees. It operates the nation's largest online marketplace for affordable housing, aimed at connecting renters, property owners, and housing agencies on a single platform. Since 2003, it has built partnerships with HUD, government agencies, and property owners to broaden access for low- and middle-income families, and it offers a universal waiting list application to consolidate searches and applications across affordable housing programs. Its tools help housing agencies with regulatory compliance and administrative efficiency, while enabling property owners to connect directly with renters and families to search more easily and transparently. Formerly GoSection8.com, the company counts more than 1,000 housing agency partners and serves tens of millions of visitors annually, with hundreds of millions of searches conducted each year.
