On June 26, 2018 the collective Boards of Measured Progress and AdvancED made a historic decision to merge as a new, unified organization. The focus of Measured Progress is assessments of and for learning with an emphasis on helping educators understand and apply assessment outcomes so that students benefit. The focus of AdvancED is understanding and measuring the quality of the school environment and its practices within a continuous improvement system. The combination of these capabilities will create an organization that will be unique in the school improvement market and, most importantly, meet a demand and need from institutions.
