Ada Developers Academy is a tuition-free nonprofit organization that provides software development training. It aims to grow a high-quality tech talent pipeline by removing barriers to entry and fostering an inclusive community. The program seeks to increase representation in STEM among groups historically underrepresented in computer science and engineering, including Black, Latine, Native American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities, as well as women and gender-diverse adults. In September 2024, Tina-Marie Gulley was appointed as chief executive officer.
