Acquisition Partners is a California-based, lower middle market Mergers & Acquisitions firm that provides accountable deal flow to its clients. Acquisition Partners was formed in April, 2016, but has deep roots in the M&A industry through its sister company, The Independence Group. The Independence Group was formed in 1997 as an M&A Firm. As we expanded our buy-side services, it was clear to us that to better support our clients, we needed to establish a well-defined structure for targeted acquisition work. This led to the establishment of Acquisition Partners, which focuses solely on achieving successful outcomes for highly qualified buyers and business owners. While the two companies work closely together and share experience, knowledge, and expertise, Acquisition Partners works exclusively on buy-side projects. Our client base consists of private equity groups, family offices and strategic buyers who invest in and partner with businesses generating $1M to $5M in EBITDA. Acquisition Partners focuses on relationship building, ethics and communication to lay the groundwork for a long term partnership.
