The Zesa Raw story began in the West Indies over a century anda half ago, when the Romain and Jean families made their name cultivating the highest quality sugar cane, coffee and cocoa. Today, the tradition of sustainable agriculture continues with smallscale farmers thanks to the commitment of their great-great-grand daughter and her socially-conscious, entrepreneurial friends.

Zesa Raw is once again unlocking the islands’ secrets and producing Rapadou Cane Sugar, Black Gold Organic Coffee and Black Gold Organic Cocoa, and remains committed to the principles of sustainable growing methods, environmental responsibility, and social accountability.

Zesa means balance in Sanskrit, and this concept of balance is reflected in everything we do.
