The Yuma County Water Users' Association is a utilities organization based in Somerton, Arizona. Founded in 1903 as a private non-profit under Arizona's territorial laws to develop and fund the Valley Division of the Yuma Project, it was established as part of one of the earliest reclamation initiatives. 

Its landowners hold the most senior Colorado River water entitlements in the state. The Valley Division covers about 53,450 irrigable acres, with around 45,000 acres currently farmed and more than 80,000 crop acres produced annually through year-round multi-cropping. In addition, the association delivers over 95% of the City of Yuma's water supply and is planned to deliver Colorado River water to the cities of Somerton and San Luis in the future.
