YOLA Mezcal produces mezcal using traditional techniques and advances a mission to foster economic independence for women in Oaxaca. It seeks to spark conversations around mezcal by weaving together music, community, and food with social impact, aiming to deepen connections among consumers and communities.

Based in Los Angeles, California, the company operates in the food and beverage services space and was founded by Yola Jimenez, Lykke Li, and Gina Correll Aglietti. The organization maintains a small to mid-sized team and focuses on artisanal mezcal with a social purpose. A notable development is the April 2025 announcement of the national expansion of its partnership with T. Edward Wines & Spirits.
