YAS operates at the intersection of IT services and insurance, building a two-tier protection framework designed for the new economy. Its platform combines licensed, insurer-backed coverage for fleets and OEM partners with a real-time risk intelligence layer that ingests telemetry and activity data to score machines and trigger claims, enabling coverage to adapt as data flows continuously from insured assets. The goal is to provide an infrastructure-like, consumption-based approach to risk management for sectors such as electric vehicle fleets, autonomous vehicles, and commercial robotics, addressing gaps left by traditional insurance models. Headquartered on Hong Kong Island, the company serves the Asia-Pacific region, with active operations in Malaysia and Vietnam, and has announced partner initiatives that expand its coverage ecosystem. YAS positions itself within IT services and IT consulting, emphasizing a market opportunity estimated in the tens of billions of dollars tied to evolving vehicle and robotics risk in a data-driven, on-demand insurance landscape.
