WorldBeing, based in Baltimore, Maryland, is a nonprofit organization, formerly known as CorStone, that supports marginalized and vulnerable youth, with a focus on girls and young women, to develop inner well-being skills that can alter life trajectories. The organization treats inner well-being as a foundational driver of overall well-being, with impacts on emotional health, physical health, education, and gender equality. WorldBeing has delivered evidence-based programs to more than 200,000 at-risk youths across low- and middle-income countries and has agreements with the governments of India and Kenya to train up to five million young people annually by 2025 in inner-well-being skills. Its programs are designed through participatory adaptation to ensure local relevance and are subjected to rigorous evaluations. In May 2024, the organization launched the Aarohan wellbeing initiative, including a WorldBeing India Foundation effort with The Office of Tribal Welfare in Jharkhand to reach marginalized youth.
