Women's Learning Partnership (WLP) is an international non-governmental organization that supports grassroots women in the Global South to assume leadership roles and influence decisions affecting their lives. Operating from Bethesda, Maryland, WLP serves as a long-term backbone for transnational feminist collaboration, advancing legal reform and building the movement infrastructure needed for sustainable, structural change.
