The West Multnomah Soil & Water Conservation District is a publicly funded conservation district based in Portland, Oregon, operating within the environmental services sector. It provides resources, information, and technical guidance to help residents improve air and water quality, wildlife habitat, and soil health. Serving residents of Multnomah County west of the Willamette River and all of Sauvie Island, the district runs programs in invasive weed management, establishment of native plants, livestock management, wildlife habitat restoration, school gardens, and conservation planning for healthy forests, farms, streams, and soils. The organization also administers grant funding to support these conservation efforts and employs a relatively small staff.

A notable recent development is a collaboration with Elk Rock Garden in 2024 to support Mediterranean Oak Borer monitoring and related arborist work. The district maintains partnerships with local organizations to extend conservation work and community outreach from its Portland base.
