West Bay Christian Academy is a thriving, intra-denominational evangelical institution devoted to an educational experience that is both distinctively Christian and academically excellent. Our school is located on a beautiful 5.5 acre campus with over 200 students from Preschool through 8th Grade. Our small classes give teachers the flexibility to encourage students' interests, accommodate specific needs, and provide differentiated instruction to challenge students at all academic levels. Our students start their early ages with a "learning through play" curriculum that encourages your child to a life-long love of learning in our nurturing, Christian environment. We have enrichment activities such as computer, library, art, Spanish, music, and physical education. The elementary through middle school years demonstrate the love of our faculty toward their students. Our teachers are able to integrate faith and learning within an aggressive curriculum that grounds, challenges and rewards our students. They move forward in life having achieved vital life skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, collaboration, innovation and presentation. Community service opportunities throughout the year to ensure WBCA students grow academically, personally, and spiritually. WBCA was the first in the state (and only one of three in RI) accredited by NEASC and ACSI.
