Each activity is critical for a business to reach maturity, and each requires a different skill set.  Entrepreneurs are often successful at the former because of their connection to their products and services.  For many reasons, they are often unsuccessful at the latter.

Having built several successful branded CPG businesses (and failed at just as many), the team at WDFA Brand Management leverages its experience and resources to serve brand founders/owners.  We offer those brand-owner partners a range of services from sales and marketing, to accounting and operations.
