The Washington State Association of Counties is a non-profit, non-partisan organization based in Olympia, Washington, that represents Washington's counties in relations with the state legislature, the executive branch, and regulatory agencies. It supports county governments by providing services, resources, and training for county-run organizations. Its membership comprises county executives, councilmembers, and commissioners from Washington's 39 counties. As part of the public policy sector, WSAC coordinates county viewpoints to inform policymaking at the state level. In March 2018, Blair Brady was appointed president of WSAC, marking a leadership transition.
