In 1954, Jim Warner began working as a bookkeeper at Stellian’s Appliance Store in St. Paul, Minnesota, which was owned by Steve and Lillian Farkas. In 1971, he bought the business and named it Warners’ Stellian to include his family in the brand. 

He built Warners’ Stellian success on quality products and exceptional customer service. These values were passed on to his nine children and 37 grandchildren. Over 20 Warners — among the 2nd, 3rd and 4th generations — are carrying on Jim’s legacy throughout the company.
