Vyv is a health-technology company that has developed antimicrobial lighting designed for continuous operation in public spaces, consumer products, homes, and industrial settings. Its approach uses non-UV illumination that meets international standards for uninterrupted use around people, pets, and plants. Its lighting solutions can be installed as overhead illumination in healthcare facilities, travel and hospitality, food manufacturing and services, pharmaceutical manufacturing, retail, and other commercial or public environments, and are also embedded in products such as shower lights and behind elevator buttons.

Headquartered in Latham, New York, Vyv operates as a mid-sized company focusing on integrating antimicrobial lighting across industries. Controlled laboratory testing has shown substantial reductions in several pathogens on hard surfaces within hours, with results varying by exposure, and the technology is not intended to replace manual cleaning. A notable development is a partnership announced in April 2024 with Marvel Refrigeration to integrate Vyv's BrightShield technology in Marvel undercounter refrigerators and ice machines.
