VMI Worldwide is an intercontinental sales, film finance and production company based in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California. Founded in 2010 by Andre Relis, the firm aims to support high quality independent filmmaking by connecting filmmakers with financiers and distributors, fostering collaborative and transparent relationships to facilitate production. It seeks to establish long-term partnerships and to acquire and produce cast-driven, commercial feature films, documentaries, and television content.

VMI has expanded into production through a six-picture slate venture with Mind's Eye Entertainment and a multi-picture production output deal with Cinedigm, resulting in in-house titles such as The Humanity Bureau, The Recall, War Pigs, The Perfect Weapon, Wicked Blood and Blood of Redemption. The company has also moved into U.S. distribution with VMI Releasing and maintains active engagement with international markets, as demonstrated by its participation in the Cannes Market in May 2026 to present a project to buyers.
