In these partnerships, we are able to provide a quality healthcare support system for the smaller guys without the additional overhead. Typical business models implemented into the pharmacies at the time of partnership are: 

Sales and Marketing: Retail, Sterile and Non Sterile Compounds, DME, Sales and Marketing
Information Technology: Enterprise Architecture, IT Governance, IT Security, IT Service Management
Business/Administrative: Human Resources, Customer Service, Billing, Shipping
Compliance: Regulatory/Compliance, Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, EHR/EMR, Quality Assurance

We have two fully staffed Business Development departments – Commercial which focuses on hospitals, physicians, and clinics. And our Government Group which includes the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, and General Services Administration.
