The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff is a public higher education institution located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. As an 1890 Land-Grant HBCU, it offers a broad spectrum of degree programs, including certificates and associate degrees, more than 50 undergraduate and master's programs, and a doctoral program in Aquaculture/Fisheries.
