The mission of University District Food Bank is to build a hunger free Northeast Seattle by providing our neighbors with reliable access to healthy food and life-changing resources.

We operate a walk-in food bank four days a week, a home delivery program for those unable to come to our location themselves, a weekend backpack program at 14 nearby public schools, and a weekly pantry at North Seattle College. We also have a rooftop farm where we grow produce to support our work and provide gardening education opportunities for our community.

We rely on a broad network of volunteers and businesses to support our work and help us achieve our mission.
