Universal Vacations has been in business since 1987 We are a property management and vacation rental company managing over 350 properties along Florida’s Gulf Coast - With offices in Ft Myers - Bradenton - Naples and Ft Myers Beach.  Over the last two decades we have built strong relationships with market leaders throughout the travel industry, such as Virgin Holidays, Thomson, Jetsave, Thomas Cook, First Choice, TUI and New World Travel to name just a few.

These divisions of Universal Vacations (our full service company) deals with the client on all levels of the sales process: from the original “first point of contact” at an overseas property expo or seminar to the closing and furnishings of the home through to full Property Management service. We have an edge over our competitors by offering the total package to our clients. Our biggest asset is our after sales care, where we offer full turn- key interior design, property management services and of course the rental of the property.
