United States Sustainable Development Corporation was founded in 2009 in New York City but moved to the coastal waters of Virginia's Eastern shore in 2011.

Our goal is to help our clients to develop sustainable communities through the employment of creative community and economic development strategies. We work closely with municipalities,non-profit organizations and the private sector to find creative approaches to stimulate the local economy . With no political or activist agenda, USSDC develops comprehensive concepts that are broken down into achievable steps, leading to a holistic sustainable development process.
