In 2023, United for Respect partnered with Amazon to launch a campaign addressing workplace accommodations for injuries or disabilities under the ADA. The same year, the group announced new co-directors Bianca Agustin and Terrysa Guerra. Earlier initiatives include Greed Unleashed, a report examining how profit priorities can affect worker welfare.
