For more than 20 years, Unified Mortgage Service, Inc. has been managing trust deed investments for individuals throughout California. We service trust deeds for Real Estate Brokers, Trust Deed Investors and Sellers in Seller Carryback transactions. 

Over the years, we have had the opportunity to service a variety of types of real estate loans on land, residences, and commercial parcels. We work closely with private parties, hard money lenders and real estate brokerages in establishing an arms length relationship between the borrower and lender. We have ongoing relationships with lenders that have span for 20 years.

Loan Servicing is easy to set up and investors have several levels of service to choose from. Our basic loan servicing starts at just $15.00 a month. We also offer full service with proactive collection and pre-foreclosure servicing. Unified Mortgage Service, Inc. does not process foreclosure proceedings, but often works  with CNA Foreclosure Services, Inc. for any default processes at the lenders' requests.
