(NYSE: UCB) (the “Company”) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors approved a common stock repurchase program, authorizing the repurchase of up to $100.0 million of its outstanding common stock on the open market, in privately negotiated transactions, or in any other manner that complies with the provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Stock Repurchase Program”).
