COATINGS REMOVAL TECHNOLOGIES is a division of Tuscatube Waynesboro LLC.  In March 2018, we installed a burn-off oven (made by Steelman Industries) measuring 10' wide 8' tall 4.5' deep. It can run 500ºF - 1,000ºF, with most burn-off ovens running at only 800ºF.  The heating and cooling of the oven is gradual to prevent warping.  The after-burner consumes all of the smoke.  The oven has a patented "top-down" heat to provide full coverage. No hot or cold spots anywhere in the oven.
It removes polymers, paint and powder-coating. 
Not recommended for aluminum or copper.
