Tulsa Boys’ Home is a residential treatment provider in Tulsa, Oklahoma, offering mental health care for boys from troubled backgrounds. Founded in 1918 with support from church and civic leaders, its origins trace back to a two-story house after two boys were found sleeping in an alley, and it grew quickly to serve more than 130 troubled boys in its early years. Today the organization administers residential services to about 180 boys and their families each year, equating to roughly 64 boys served daily. In March 2025, Tulsa Boys’ Home launched the Heroes of Hope initiative to provide one-on-one mentorship and recruit volunteers to support the 62 boys in its care. In May 2025, the organization announced the retirement of long-time executive director Gregg Conway after nearly three decades at the helm.
