Trupart Manufacturing was started in 2004 after Shane's grandfather, Karl Schlosser, owner of Tricoss, Inc., (est. 1973) encouraged Shane to use their waterjet for odd jobs. Fast forward to 2014 and Karl Schlosser has retired from Tricoss and soon Tricoss will be part of Trupart. We provide precision cutting using Bystronic 4400 Watt 3015 CNC Laser and Omax 80 Waterjet technology. Through the use of this group of state-of-the-art equipment, we have the ability to cut virtually any material and shape for both short and long run jobs. Tolerance accuracy is within +/-.003. Also, customers do not need to have a die made, saving both time and money. In addition to laser and waterjet cutting, Trupart other capabilities include laser engraving, sheet metal fabrication, product assembly, 2D and 3D design, and plating to each customer's specifications. Our team's expertise includes thorough knowledge of prototyping, research and development, and the selection of the best and most cost-effective materials for each job. In 2012, Trupart was honored by the Los Angeles Regional Small Business Development Center (SBDC) for entrepreneurial spirit. With over 100 years of metal fabrication, 3 generations of metal fabricators, we put our expertise to the customer's best use.
